A dark figure stands before you with the widest, toothiest, and most unsettling smile you've ever seen in your life. The sight sends a shiver down your spine as you try to figure out what the creature is as it looks to be a mix of a bear and a wolf. It looks at you hungrily and makes it's way to you intending on eating you, fortunately it isn't very fast and you were able to escape the scorched forest and the creature before it was given a chance.

Facts About The Gumberoo

The Gumberoo is a cryptid native to the North American Pacific Coast region.

It is described as looking like a fat, hairless black bear with prominent eyebrows and chin hairs. It's skin is dark, and, thick, with a tough, smooth, and leather-like texture impenetrable to bullets, rocks, and arrows. But it is combustible and burns with an explosive force when exposed to open fire. Which causes forest fires.

It is a very ravenous creature capable of swallowing any creature that crosses it's path, including a whole horse!

The cryptid is most likely inspired from large, black bears experiencing mange.
