Biography

During the lesson: Timing is key when working with others so that you don't get in their way. Kuro learned that being first sometimes means that you're the first one that gets scolded by Piniella if something goes wrong.
During the lesson: Kuro felt that he was almost ready to try a real hunt and begged Piniella to let him. She listened and explained that no matter how talented a pup may be, everyone had to train until they were old enough to move on.
During the lesson: In the lesson, Kuro balanced on a pointy, narrow rock and tried not to let his paws slip off. Learning how to keep your balance on rough terrain can be difficult, but Piniella assured Kuro that it is necessary if he wants to be a successful scout.
