Running Dust

Chased from the pack she was born in, Running Dust faces the world with bared teeth and a mask of sarcasm. She speaks her mind as if fearless, because what, after losing home and family and all she'd ever known, is left for her to fear?

A clever and fierce wolf, she leads a small group of like-minded hunters. She's settled with the Autumnfall pack this winter, but whether not she'll stay when the seasons warm and hunting improves has yet to be determined.

Her encounter with the sneaky Rihann led to pups not long after she'd joined Autumnfall, leading Running Dust to stay with the pack where it was safer. Snippy as she is, she doesn't wish for her pups to feel homeless, and Autumn Specter is a tolerable enough leader to live under. Both pups were born healthy as winter thawed to spring, her elder daughter bossing her anxious second son around, and Running Dust found herself surprisingly proud of the pair. While Glimmerpup fit in well with Running Dust's hunt team, eagerly learning to play to her strengths and tussle with all comers, Shadepup often found himself overwhelmed. Eventually, he joined a neighboring wolf pack high in the mountains, where he was well looked after by a pink-eyed wolf and a scattered pale blue wolf.
