The camera pans across the Oxworth Estate's clearing, finding Dumpling sitting, paws crossed beside his favorite burning bush tree. He watched as scores of pups in various shades and hues played in the field. Pretending not to notice the camera, or the director's 'Action!' despite the very obvious glances from the corner of his eye towards them, he feigns surprise when he finally speaks.
"Hey! Didn't see you there! I was a bit distracted watching over these little punk-"
Pausing to give the director a 'cut that out!' glance. "These little bundles of joy! Aren't they so precious?"
He corrects, as one of the young pups bounds over and plops into the warmth of his crossed legs.
"Grandmother always tells me to 'find someone nice and settle down', all that lovey dovey nonsense... But look at Cousin Set! Whatever he's doing, it's not settling! I wanna be like him!"
Dumpling says, deadpan, staring straight into the camera.
"I mean..."
Pointing his nose in the direction of the playing pups. "Half of these little pipsqueaks are his! Maybe... I want pups of my own?"
He concludes, nuzzling the little one that found it's comfort in his warmth.
Somber music begins, and the camera pans away slowly, fading to black as the commercials begin to roll.
