The rising sun illuminated the male, his fur reflective of blood splattered on stone. His stained teeth were gnawing and tearing into the heart of an elk he and his fellow pack-mates had killed yesterday. It was a gruesome sight for sure- the way Axl tore into the still heart with an aggressive feriosity. But the tension was relaxed when he caught sight of his favorite pack-mate; Rosaria. The intensity immediately disappeared and his tail began to wag like grass swaying in a strong breeze.

Immediately he jumped onto all four of his stained paws and trotted over to the black and red female; her fur was similar yet different to his own. Hers was more reminiscent of a blood red moon during the darkest of nights; lighting up the forest with the prettiest shade of red he had ever seen.

"Would you like to share this with me, Rosie?" Axl affectionately offered to her with puppy dog eyes.

Axl is... intense. He speaks with a swift passion and his actions blaze like fire. Being quiet has never been his strong suit; especially as a pup. Axl was an orphaned pup discovered by Hissra during a hunt. Of course even as a pup he had a wildfire of bravery, even as his little legs trembled, and he struggled with aggressive eye contact, he faced the opposing blue wolf Hissra with a growl.

Once the rest of the Neptune's Bounty hunting team had came over to explore the commotion they found the little grey and red pup.

After reassurance he was accepted into the pack with open paws. Much to their future dismay due to his incessant talking and overbearing desire for affection.

It's hard to dislike Axl. He grows on people quickly and he loves nothing more than to help others - no matter what. Of course his sweet personality is in contrast with his messy eating and gruesome way of fighting, he does not hold back and fights with everything he has - Axl bites like the sharpest rock and hits like an avalanche. This has led to many scoldings from his pack-mates and Queen Emily.

Regardless, he is a great protector and does his best to listen and hold himself back. When his passion doesn't get in the way. Although he is friendly and helpful, he is also the only member in the Gotham Pack capable of holding violent grudges and his tongue isn't against the taste of revenge.
