Spritepup

The third of his litter, born in the chill days of autumn shortly after their mother had... changed... Spritepup bears a similar scaled mark on his limbs to hers. Of all her pups, he is the only one that remains with the pack, and with his mother. His elder brothers, Willowpup and Goldpup, and his younger brother Wisppup, disappeared mysteriously shortly after they were born. Glinting Moss was saddened, but strangely unsurprised. "There is always a price for a blessing such as this." At first the others thought the pup's father, an older wolf from the rolling prarie, might have collected his children, but Glinting Moss assured them that the Frostfell pack was not responsible...
