Kaname

Kaname's parents just days after he was born and weaned had to go on a long journey. They never told him or his siblings where they was going so his other siblings never gave it much thought. But as Kaname got older he started wondering where his parents went and what type of journey. Finally at the right age Kaname talked with the leader and with permission Kaname set off on his own journey

Lore: Kaname wandered curiously through the taiga when he noticed a strange gray wolf. Cautiously, he approached. The strange wolf introduced herself as Juneau, Queen of the Claw Heart Pack. Kaname explained what he was doing and Juneau offered him a place to stay for a few rollovers. He accepted and left a few days later.

Lore: As Kaname arrived towards the entrance of the territory at Highstones, he was given an almost heart attack by an albino female wolf, who he heard being called by the name of 'Tempest'. After that, two other wolves, both seemed to be piebalds, and then he was standing before a large, black male wolf named Reese. Kaname was given shelter as well as a place in Bounce Pack temporarily, though, he was asking himself where he had ended, it was best to take rest for the first few days.
Time had passed quickly, and so, it was time for Kaname to head back the way he came. Two wolves scorted him towards the entrance of the territory and one of them dipped his head in respect as he offered a gift to Kaname. He had gained Bounce Pack's trust.

Lore: Kaname stayed with the Spirit Dwellers for a few moons (8 RO). He enjoyed watching the pups play, reminding him of his siblings. He spent his days helping the pupsitters wrangle the many pups in the pack and the evenings trading stories with the other travelers staying with the pack. Kaname heard so many fascinating stories that he began to feel restless with the pack. He explained to his hosts that he needed to set off and have more adventures. They were happy for him and gave him a necklace to remember them by. He trotted off into the bright summer sun, hoping to have spectacular adventures.

Lore: Summer turned into fall and fall became winter and Kaname had yet to find a new pack to settle down for a moon cycle or two, or at least until winter was over. Snorting through his nose he watched the condensation float up into the air and disappear. Continuing on Kaname thought of his mother and wondered if she had survived her journeys like this or had succumbed to the hunger and cold. Feeling the gnawing hunger pains he let his head drop down and sighed for what felt like the hundredth time. Suddenly Kaname was hit in the head by a muskrat carcass. Shaking his head he looks up to see a three eyed adolescent standing up on a high rock her head cocked to the side in amusement. "You've been sighing so much through the forest I figured I would help you out." Kaname not wanting to look a gift wolf in the mouth began to devour the food the young adolescent gifted him with. Finishing he looked up to see a whole hunting party waiting for him to finish. Sheepishly Kaname asked " Is it alright if I stay with your pack for the winter or at least until I get my strength back up, prey around here is scarce." A dark older she-wolf stepped up and nodded her head "of course traveler, I am Dragon Tongue beta of Aeternum we would be honored to have another wolf join our ranks it is pup season for my pack and we need all the paws we can find." Smiling Kaname wagged his tail "I have all kinds of experience with pups I have watched many in the packs I have visited I will try to be of use to your pack."
The smell of spring finally came and Kaname knew it was time to move on to a new pack. Bidding goodbye to his new friends he set off to find new adventures.

Lore: Kaname found himself in a large deciduous forest, the fresh spring leaves making the area appear lush and vibrant. The sounds and smells of prey seemed to come from every direction. Kaname had had plenty to eat on his way into the forest, however he was beginning to wonder if a little snack wouldn't hurt. As he continued to walk, following the scent of a deer nearby, he heard the familiar rustle and high pitched barks of puppies. A group of three puppies were barking and tumbling over one another in play. Two smaller grey she-wolfves and a larger red male. Kaname watched for a little, amused, and jolted when a nearby wolf seemed to call out to him.
"Can I help you? Are you traveling?" A large silver she-wolf asked. She had electric green eyes that almost seemed to emit sparks as she watched him. A red she-wolf watched from not far off, eyes reminding Kaname of a fey.
"Yes, I am traveling. My name is Kaname and I would love a new place to stay if you'll have me," he said politely.
"Of course, you're more than welcome to stay! I am Segun. Crimson Goddess and I were looking out for some of the new puppies in the Starshade Pack. We could use some help keeping an eye on these energetic furballs," Segun chuckled.
"Hey! I am not a furball!" One of the smaller grey pups squeaked. "I am tough and fierce! I'm gonna travel just like Kaname one day!"
Segun just chuckled sweetly. "Keep up with your training and then you'll have a better shot at going to explore."
As the little she-wolf pouted, her playmate pounced on top of her and her attention again went to biting her playmate.
"Pups are amusing, are they not?" Segun asked. The she-wolf named Crimson Goddess nodded in silent agreement. Kaname couldn't help but wonder whether his parents thought the same things about he and his littermates growing up. He made a silent wish to the sky for their safety and smiled toward Segun.
"They're a force of nature, that's for sure!"

Lore: Once upon a time, there was a nomadic wolf whose paws had wandered across vast landscapes. Restless and curious, Kaname embarked on an unexpected journey that led him to a new pack nestled in a vast tundra.
Initially greeted with caution, the wolf's precise demeanour and tales of far-off lands captivated the resident pack. With moonlit nights as his backdrop, Kaname shared stories of untamed wilderness and distant horizons. Primal Fear, in turn, reciprocated with warmth, offering companionship and shelter amidst the vast tundra. For a fleeting moment, the traveling wolf found solace in belonging, forever leaving pawprints of camaraderie on the snow-covered ground.
"You're always welcome back, Kaname." Sun of Winter Horizon chirped.
