A wolf from the Coniferous Forest, Colt originally never wanted to be apart of a pack. Growing up he was taught that packs never worked out in the end, and wolves are inevitably wired to turn against each other for survival. He grew up with a single mother, living day to day with his littermates. The family dynamic was a bitter one, he watched as his mother grew skinny and frail in sacrifice for him and his siblings health. Colt was the only pup to live to adulthood. Giving her whole life away for her last remaining child, his mother passed away when he was only 6 months old. The young wolf from that point on was forced to live through his adolescence alone.
Colt stayed in his homeland for many months, afraid of the uncertainty of the rest of the world. Prey soon became scarce. He was forced to flee due to his aching starvation. That's where he met Alari in the Deciduous Forest. She saw how boney his body was and generously offered him a meal in to the Crystal Canopy pack. Hesitantly, he refused, coldly stating that will not accept pity from anyone.
Alari saw through his pride and knew he was in no shape to hunt solo, she insisted that the pack would not ask anything from him in return and that he could leave if he wanted. Reluctantly giving in, he followed her back to their camp.
The small pack at the time welcomed Colt in with open arms. This was something so foreign to him, the kindness of strangers or, kindness in general for that matter. He realized that he didn't have to go through everything alone anymore, and that there were real wolves that cared for him.
His life was never the same since that day, and he never looked back since.
