Fangs That Shine Blue, like many high-kith born, was rather entitled. However, like all allowed to be in the upper ranks, he had an insatiable desire to please the Prophet and live up to expectations. He was delighted to be in charge of taking care of a concealed heir.

At first, he was rather serious, trying to act older than he was and being overly harsh with Elisha. As time went on, he did soften. The position is rather demanding, as he must be near Elisha at all times except for her occasional meetings with the Moonblessed and the Prophet. He is rather distanced from his family, who he used to be quite close to, as a result. Blue laments this often, but tries to not let it get to him.

There was a brief period in Elisha's early adolescence when she had a crush on him. A hopeless one, really. It was unsurprising considering she rarely saw anyone else. He had to awkwardly reject her, stating he felt a more brotherly affection towards her. Luckily the two were able to move on from that, despite how Elisha cringes when he brings it up.

Elisha considers him her closest confidant, when she reflects on her small life. Blue secretly sneaks some game materials into the hollow for them to play together when she isn't expecting visitors. Blue's personal favorite is Sticks and Stones, akin to the human game "Snakes and Ladders". Elisha prefers to play wrestle, because Blue pretends to lose to make her feel better.

Since the coup, his job has been harder than ever.
