"Mottle invited a few experienced members of the pack to find the class. Everyone had to prove their hiding techniques to the adults, and Rat endured well in two rounds and ended up the last to be found in the last round."

Rat was reminded to work on her attention span. While her physical condition was perfect, Rat needed to fight the urge to use every opportunity to play.

Little Rat is named after the way her markings and coat colors are reminiscent of a domesticated rat. Rat is not considered an offensive name to the pack, most of them viewing them as clever, cunning, quick-footed creatures. Rat is quick as she zips around the territory and the dens, and is quite clever when she needs to be, coming up with very creative and practical ideas. She also learns considerably fast compared to most of the other pups, despite the fact that many of them are more intelligent than her.
