Permafrost is quite the beautiful wolf; she is decorated in a myriad of blue glowing feathers and gave birth to the first piebald in the pack, Mossy Creek. However she is one of the most judgemental wolves in the pack. She is sassy and acts in charge, used to being one of the most valuable wolves in the pack, with a highly respected opinion. However sometimes, with her younger mate Jet softens her up a bit. Jet only talks about his insecurities with Mossy, Eyes, Dark, and occasionally Perma.
Perma often can be seen organizing the parties with the anxious beta Bark of the Trees. Bark of the Trees is always nervous around Perma, afraid she'll overthrow her; however, Perma has no intent of that and instead just plans to help the beta. Perma is often sarcastic, sounding like the grumpy herbalist Sprouted sometimes.
