Trygve is a name of Old Norse origin, meaning "faithful, trustworthy".
This is how Trygve explained the origin of his name to the pack when he first joined it. He is always surrounded by an aura of mystery, and intrigues follow him on his heels, but he remains elusive. Looking into his eyes, black as coals, you can never tell exactly how he feels now. Perhaps he is the instigator of a great evil, or vice versa, the savior, but now he shares his company with Ildfløj, whom he seems to trust
Lore
Trygve never talked about his childhood. Or about where he's from. Where got the scar. He appeared in the pack quite by accident, one day just coming to Stockholm and asking to become a member of it.
Life under King Stockholm
He did not seek to become the life of the party or try to somehow participate in the general pack activity. Other members claimed that during rare conversations is there something he's not telling, as if he was plotting and achieving goals that only he knew about. Because of this, the pack got the impression that talking to him attracts failure. However, the leader did not have enough evidence to somehow doubt him or pass sentence.
Trygve always eats alone, despite the fact that he has a good relationship with Ildfløj. And he also spends most of the day alone, in the company of his thoughts. He tries to avoid ordinary conversations, but still occasionally, when hunting parties are just about to leave, he wishes them good luck and gives a couple of parting words.
One day, when the relationship between him and one of the hunters reached a boiling point, he was accused. "How do I know where this scar came from? What if the wolf you killed left it to you for last!" Trygve made a shocked face and raised his paw to interrupt the enraged opponent, but suddenly he heard Stockholm' voice behind him. "What if it's true? You've never talked about your past," the leader said tartly. The wolf just sighed and then smiled faintly. "What was in the past is in the past. I hope you never have to experience my experience for yourself." When he finished, he turned around and left, leaving the hunter to be indignant, and Stockholm to think.
Life under the ruler Øyvind
Stockholm died unexpectedly. He left on a quiet summer night, without any signs of illness or injury. Unlike the pack, Trygve remained calm after the news, but not devoid of curiosity - he clearly saw that the leader was getting old and his imminent departure was inevitable. He got mixed up in the crowd, when Øyvind came out of the tent to the excited wolves in the company of a depressed Freya and announced himself as the new leader of the pack, he experienced two emotions. On the one hand, his sociability and benevolence predicted that he would become an excellent replacement for Stockholm, but on the other hand, it all happened suddenly and strangely. There were wolves in the pack related by blood to the royal family, like March or Pakkanen, but still the old leader preferred the son of his right paw.
Trygve promised himself to understand this better, since the details of what happened on that fateful night were shrouded in darkness. But he was still flattered by Øyvind's easy attitude towards him and his protection from unpleasant rumors. He even allowed him to explore unknown territories!
