Sycamore left her pack in search of making herself stronger and perhaps see what life outside her pack will led her. She ran off, wandering everywhere where her tired paws would take her. Searching for any traces of a pack. A sniff in here and there..Finally! She smelled a subtle scent of a male.
It quickly spotted her and began cautiously walking to her, closer and closer... Sycamore knows that it came from a pack, with several unfamilliar scent the male gives her. Suddenly, She saw its..snout, It looks not so ordinary. As the male reached her. He introduced himself as Gull Catcher, He showed no harm and invited her to stay at his pack, Sycamore immediately agreed and followed him. The pack was quite large, There are countless puppies tussling with each other and some stumbles during a chase, While The pupsitters laying under the shade of a big tree keep watch at them. But then, A figure startled her. Gull Catcher told her it is their Pack Leader, Slate Frost. She looks quite annoyed. Slate Frost approached her and Sycamore felt a bit of ..fear. She quickly lowered her head, Her ears flattened. She felt insignifant at the presence of this leader. But then, Slate Frost gently nudged her. Welcoming her to the pack.
Gull Catcher comforted her and led her to Bitterbush Valley, Where she can rest. Several days have passed, Sycamore came back with a Turkey Hen Carcass along with the other hunters, She became a chaser of the Quickclaw hunters. She started getting to know each wolves in the pack, especially Gull Catcher. She was quite interested in him, Gull was the one who offered her help, warmth and comfort afterall.
Eventually, Sycamore gave birth to Pine Bark, The healthy young female seem to quite resemble both of its parents. Sycamore thought of leaving her daughter behind, Perhaps to her home pack.

Sycamore returned home, eagarly waiting to see her daughter PinePup. With Oaken travelled with her till the half of the journey home, she told Sycamore about her sadly deceased pups. Oaken seemed too upset to tell Sycamore why, but she didn't really mind it. Sycamore blabbered to Oaken the whole trip back about how Gull Catcher had a very stange snout; or about how the alpha Slate frost seemed so menacing.
They reached the start of the Spikey mountains, soon listening the ground for any tumbling rocks or dodging falling stalagmites. Soon, they'd reach the Falls. Both exausted, they took sips of the clean water, refreshed from the long journey home. Sycamore admitted that se wasn't the greatest at hunting but she could hunt for them both. Oaken disagrees, telling her that they could hunt together, working to hunt something they could share. Sycamore was skeptical, but nodded in agreement. They soon tracked down a mighty doe calf, Sycamore peering to find which bush it'd be hiding in whilst Oaken would distract the mother. Sycamore found the calf, quickly snarling a sign and running off, leaving her fur scent trailing behind her. Oaken heard it, and quickly followed the trail, both meeting back at a small river. Watching the water sparkle, and looking at the sun falling leaving behind a gorgeous red sky. They both enjoyed the calf, leaving only a bone behind. Oaken stayed up a little bit, before following Sycamore into the dreamlands.
They soon wole up, hearing a ominous rumbling noise from the bushes. Sycamore wasn't too happy about this and suggested they start the journey bsck to thier home pack. Oaken disagreed, telling her that they'll find a new pack to rest in. Sycamore glared into Oaken's eyes, but soon accepting that they would be staying there for the night.
