During the lesson: Eclipse asked the class to prepare tiny gifts today for every packmate and practice graciousness even if the gift is rejected. Shadow enjoyed getting to know her packmates better through the gift giving.
Tussling:
During the lesson: Nova conducted a practical lesson about controlling emotions. Shadow's skills were greatly improving but she easily lost her temper during the play.
Ambushing:
During the lesson: After learning the basics in a familiar area, Breeze took Shadow to train outside the den for a new, exciting challenge. Shadow had to ambush Breeze using all the knowledge gathered so far and see how different it is in an unfamiliar area.
Pathfinding:
During the lesson: Today, Nova explained to Shadow how to use shortcuts effectively depending on the weather. Mudslides can be deadly if you decide to climb a slope during the rain!
Stalking:
During the lesson: Shadow was dropped on a very crackly underbrush with a lot of pebbles today. The challenge was to make the least amount of sound possible and get to Breeze in less than five minutes, otherwise they had to start over. It was a very cronchy day.
Begginers Foraging:
During the lesson: Shadow sniffed the ground, focused on the task. There were so many tempting scents around but Shadow ignored them and quickly found a herb that was shown during the lesson and brought it to Primrose.
Hunting Basics:During the lesson: Shadow felt that she was almost ready to try a real hunt and begged Breeze to let her. He listened and explained that no matter how talented a pup may be, everyone had to train until they were old enough to move on.

You nudge Shadow, who is asleep with her paw over her face. She mumble to give her another minute and go back to sleep.

Shadow lied comfortably next to her beloved Dingo, sighing with content as he washed her ears. Both of their heads popped up as they heard a commotion out side. They both shared a glanced and stepped outside. What she saw made her eyes widened in shocked.
Her mother and Alpha stepped in the camp with patches of blood on her pelt with Bird following close behind also in the same way but looking calm.
Puma gathered the pack together and what she said made her blood gone cold.
She told the pack that Bird invited her for a walk and attacked her.
Shadow stared at her sister with disbelief, not wanting to believe it to be true. But Bird's blue eyes yield no emotion.
Shadow knew her sister hated her because of her birth and hold resentment towards their mother, but had no idea she would take it this far.
Puma then told the pack that Bird is now exiled while Bird stared at her with hatred.
The pack surrounded the now former scout, snarling and snapping at her until she left the pack and never looked back.
Puma's ears drooped and slowly walked towards her den, her tail dragging behind her. Shadow got up and told her mate she's going to comfort her mother.
Shadow walked into her mother's den and found her staring at the wall of the cave. Her eyes met with Shadow fiiled with emotions. Shadow stepped closed to her mother as she buried her face in her black fur and sobbed.
Shadow cried with her, as they mourned their lost family member.
