Athena was born in a coniferous forest, in a pack led by her father, a tyrannical and cruel leader. She had five sisters, and no brothers, a fact her father despised and often took out his frustrations on his daughters. Athena hated the way her father treated them, he even forbade them to learn how to defend themselves. Eventually, Athena began teaching herself by watching the soldiers of her father practice. She also began teaching her younger sisters to defend themselves against the suitors their father had thrust upon them against their will. Once her father found out, he was enraged, and began abusing them even further. One night, he slipped into their cave and began attacking one of his daughters who disobeyed him, which threw Athena into a rage. She, joined by her other sisters, attacked and killed him. His soldiers found out and quickly began attacking to avenge him, but they were dispatched brutally as well. Athena could not bare to stay in the area any longer, and left the pack now in the care of her sisters, who knew how to protect themselves now.
