The founder and first Pack Leader of the Arkay Pack, with a mutation prophesied by the Gods to be the mark of a leader. Tangle appointed Ranger, an herbalist with such soft eyes, as the first breeding male of the pack and the Holy Naturalist, and one day while exploring, found an abandoned pup about to be eaten by a bear. She saved the pup, before realizing that they were not of this world. With 3 eyes, Zavad pledged her loyalty to the pack and was raised by the Pack Leader. However due to the unease that the pack felt having an outsider join their family, Tangle declared that no offspring nor those marked by a third eye will ever be allowed the leadership role. Zavad was a part of the family: But that family was cut throat and didn't care for her one bit. Tangle did the most for her, however Tangle was no parent to her, treating her own pups as golden statues requiring constant polishing, and Zavad as nothing more than a nuisance fly, acting as a Cinderella there to serve the pack, as she pledged to do years ago as a measly pup. Tangle eventually married Prideful, declaring only their children were worthy for a chance at leadership. As she aged in years, the need for more clear directions after her passing because obvious. She created an outline of the rules for generations to come.

The next leader must be the opposite sex of the current one. The next leader must carry the mark of a leader, and the strongest coloring of the mark in their litter. The next leader shall not carry the Eye of Zavad. The next leader be blue-blooded. The next leader, must be the youngest in line old enough to take the position.

Next she created the laws for Holy Naturalists and breeding males.

The breeding male must be a descendant of Ranger. The breeding male must be the next eligible child born after the previous breeding males passing. The breeding male must be given the Holy Naturalist role whenever the sex of the Holy Naturalist is male, once the current breeding male passes. The Holy Naturalist must be the opposite sex as the previous one. The Holy Naturalist must have Tranquil eyes. The Holy Naturalist must be blue-blooded. The Holy Naturalist must not carry the Eye of Zavad. The Holy Naturalist must be the youngest in line that is of age to take the role.
