Home Pack Lore: Speckled Dust entered Hawks Feather Pack by being adopted in. She wasn't much of one to want to be around the pack, keeping her distance from the others. As soon as she heard of being a traveler, she hopped right on the idea, and at 7 months old, barely older than a pup, she began her journey..

Speckled Dust heard a somthing plop in the snow, she looked over and it appeared to be some type of weasel or stoat. Nonetheless, all Speckled jumped after it, attempting to pounce. The little animal scrambled to get up, having its tail stomped on by the wolf, it ran off, escaping with its life. Dust wasnt upset, but even a bit happy, she could give it a toss before it escaped. She naver planned on eating it anyways.
Speckled Dusk ventured into the forest. She looked for a place to warm up from the cold snow. As she searched, she felt like she was being watched. Trees creaked and swayed eerily, she didnt feel wlecome here. She panted softly, seeing her breath in the cold air as she slowly began to panic. Twigs snapped and footsteps sounded like another was approaching, but imspected franticly to see nobody there. Speckled Dust could hear her heart racing. Now all the wished was to get out of the trees canopy and out in the open, where it wasnt so secluded. A light fog began to surround her, she glanced around franticly in a circle.
GGGRRRRR....
Speckled Dust heard a deep low growl, "I couldnt die here! Not yet! I'm still adolescent!" She thought to herself as she panted heavily. Suddenly, she hear loud rythmatic thudding noises, it felt like the ground was shaking as it got closer, it sounded like running.
Speckled Dust whipped her head around to see a large translucent wolf-shapped mist leap out of the brush, looking like it was going to snap her it two!
"GHOST! THIS PLACE IS HAUNTED!!"
Speckled Dust screamed as she darted in a random direction, with her ears down and tail tucked up her. The giant wolfy mist narrowly missed her, as it snapped its jaw. Speckled Dust doged trees and bushes, trying to find her way out.
Th-thud, th-thud
She could hear it catching up to her.
Light! Out of the trees canopy! She ran out of the forest, relieved to finally out there.
Awooooooooo
She looked behind her, to see the misty wolf just at the border of the trees, howling.
