POWERS; wisp is the goddess of rain, which means she can make it rain anytime she wants. Some buffs she gets from the rain is she becomes more agile and quicker, and did I mention stronger? She can make it flood, and can make it storm.

BACKSTORY; wisp was born during a harsh thunderstorm, ..and it was the thunderstorm that killed her father. When she was born as goddess of the rain, her father was already god of the rain! the gods decided this was a minor problem, so they just killed off her father so that she could be the only god/goddess of rain. Her mother despised this for this. "Why couldn't you just be the goddess of clouds or something?" Hissed her mother. Her mother was a normal wolf, who truly loved her father, even if gods and normal wolves were forbidden. Since they were forbidden, they had to hide. Wisp loved the rain, and sometimes, she can feel her father talking to her through the rain. Her mother didn't really care about her when Bear came to her. "You can take her." Said her mother without complaint. Bear perked her ears. "I mean.. wouldn't you want to come visit?"

"No. She killed my mate." Rainbow said, wisp's mother. "Oh.. she did?" Bear said, tilting her head. "He was the god of rain, and I was the goddess of rain.." Wisp frowned, she wished she could've seen her father.

"Ah.. so he died because.. of that? That's very rare, although it does happen every now and then. But.. are you still sure with Wisp joining my pack?" Asked Bear, and Rainbow scowled. "Not that it really matters, but I never wanted her here. I only kept her near because she reminded me of her father."

That was the end of it. No hug, no goodbye. Rainbow just.. walked away. Bear frowned. "Well.. are you ready to join my pack, Wisp?"
