Fir is an extremely loved and trusted wolf in the pack. Originally a scout, she became a pupsitter ever since the former one Douglas left the pack in search for new opportunities.
Fir was born a happy pup in a litter of 6. Unfortunately, the mother wolf abandoned all of the pups. Fir was the oldest, and she had to watch 2 of the pups die slowly. For the other 3, she cared for them and ventured out to farther lands with them, making her a perfect scout and pupsitter. Sadly, a bear killed one of her other siblings while she was away scavenging for food. Fir vowed to protect the remaining two siblings with her life, and she meant it; one day, Fir was nearly killed protecting them from a pack of Eastern Wolves. Luckily, she survived the brutal attacks and continued to care for her now adolescent siblings. Once they were all grown up, Fir had to say goodbye. Her siblings departed into the Coniferous Forest and the Grasslands, leaving her alone and sad in the Mountains territory. She fell into a deep sadness from having to let go of her most loved family members, but eventually she settled in. She was still very weary, her eyes never closed. It was as if she expected them to return to her, safe and sound. After some more adventuring, she stumbled across a wolf collecting herbs - this was Ilex, who talked and comforted her until finally inviting her to stay at their camp. Now, Fir is a bit happier, though a part of her is still afraid for her siblings.
