CHANGE TO ASYA!!!

Astra wasn't meant for politics. People jabbering on bored her, which is why she liked to run away with her best friend Lisya whenever she could get away with it. She had been scouted by Beastenguard for her special, powerful blood. Her ability to kill without a second thought was a valuable trait, especially since she was taking out experienced wolves when she was just a pup. There were many enemies in the surrounding territories, and more and more wolves tried stealing away with pack members or pups. Daewn gave Astra a choice: you can keep killing for your parents and not make a cent, or you can live in Beastenguard and decide your own fate. If she chose to assassinate others she would keep all the cones she got from it. It was an offer too good to pass up. She was glad she did, because if she hadn't she wouldn't have met Lisya. Lis was a strange wolf who had a prank pulled on her by the fae in that she now was a hermaphrodite. Astra got a good giggle out of watching Lisya pee like a boy, and sometimes wished she had the parts to pee without squatting like Lis. Maybe it was a good thing she didn't, though, because it meant if she and Lisya ever wanted to have pups… In a friend way of course. In a "I can't live without my best friend and everyone else is smelly" way. Astra had dyed her fur orange to conceal her identity, so orange that she resembled a fox. Lisya's badger-esque fur and her fox fur would make adorable puppies. Puppies she could raise to be a little cute army of assassins! With all the money she made from the pack paying her to kill their rivals, or freelance jobs she took on, she could be a breadwinner of a family. Astra didn't want to raise children in a world so corrupt, so if she could help clean it up a bit that wouldn't be so bad, right? Her works made her an honorary member of the royal family, a role so special it meant that she would be buried in The Dynasty. This special burial ground was a place for both the living and the dead. She would be able to live in the afterlife as she pleased while also visiting the tomb. She could visit her great great great great grandchildren whenever she fancied. However, if Lisya was not buried beside her she would refuse. She may have been a very selfish girl, but her best friend meant the world to her. In her offtime she acted as a Finisher for the hunting group Calfeinators; an elite pack that only members of the royal family could join.

8/2/23 - Astra is feasting on a delicious looking bird. You want to share, but they growl as you approach and swallow it in a couple of bites. All theirs, it seems.

8/3/23 - Death Valley invited a few experienced members of the pack to find the class. Everyone had to prove their hiding techniques to the adults, and Astra endured well in two rounds and ended up the last to be found in the last round.

8/5/23 - Donner Reed examined Astra's technique while she chased a young stoat. The young pup kept getting discouraged, but she will learn that failures are a part of the lesson.

8/6/23 - Death Valley had hunters track down the pups again! No one was surprised when it took forever to find Astra, and Death Valley was pretty sure she got bored of hiding and let them find her after hours of searching.

8/9/23 - Metkayina conducted a practical lesson about controlling emotions. Astra's skills were greatly improving but she easily lost her temper during the play.

8/10/23 - Astra brings you a gift, commenting that it's only because they didn't need it.

8/11/23 - You watch as a packmate goes up to Astra and asks for their help with something. Astra refuses, saying they've got better things to do.

8/30/23 - Astra feels the cryptid energy rushing through their body!

8/31/23 - Astra feels something covering their claws and nose slowly, like a creeping unnatural growth.

10/24/23 - Astra makes a weird sound as their fur changes. Yipe!

During the lesson: Today, Asya explained to Panthera how to use shortcuts effectively depending on the weather. Mudslides can be deadly if you decide to climb a slope during the rain!

During the lesson: Asya explained to Hammerhead how wet fur is not a good idea, especially in the winter. She demonstrated how to find rocks and dry patches to cross a creek or a river instead of swimming across it.

During the lesson: Relying on smell won't always help you find your way, and Queen Titania II HYPOTHET listened to Asya's lecture about using the position of the sun and the moon when scouting. Queen Titania II HYPOTHET couldn't wait to test her skills.
