One of Toska's scouts, Noojitoon, brought like-wise back to the pack after finding him wandering the outskirts of the territory. It took some persusion to convince Ogimaawi, the lead wolf, to let him stay. like-wise was quick to help around the pack, slotting into any roles that needed aid. Eventually, Ogimaawi took a liking to him and offered to extend the stay but like-wise politely turned it down. To show her thanks, she gifted him with a small meal and a feather.

While on a regular stroll of the territory, the pack's herbalist, Phil, came across like-wise sitting politely at the edge of the territory as if waiting for someone to find him. Phil brought him back to the alpha, Fircone, after ascertaining that he was no immediate threat, and immediately the puppies of the den fell all over him, excited at the prospect of a new friend. Fircone initially kept him away from the puppies for fear of danger to them, but eventually realized that like-wise was not here to harm, and afterward allowed him to even watch the pups while the pack was occupied with other tasks. The puppies wanted like-wise to stay forever, but even with his new acceptance, Fircone was still eternally wary of the danger of outsiders, and like-wise was (like-wise) ready to move on and seek new knowledge.

Wiedźmin | Boreal #128806
On their way back from hunting, Czesław, Karolina, Patrik, Walentyna, and Yrteld came across like-wise, gnawing on the remains of an old carcass. At first they were wary, due to all the odd happenings going on, but they never could deny a wolf in need. Offering to bring him to their pack leader, like-wise accepted. Erland was busy fussing over Zenobia (as their first litter was on the way,) and after a quick sniff, was grateful for the help in training the pups.
October 4: "like-wise doesn't speak much but you enjoy their company nonetheless. Sometimes a single expression or a simple smile tells more than words."
Eventually like-wise decided to move on, much to the chagrin of the pups. Erland managed to get one more lesson for the pups from him before he left, sent off with some food to tide him over.

Night Keeper Pack l Shadow #8350116
Grey, the tracker for The Night Keeper Pack's main hunting party, scented like-wise and led the group towards him, curious of the scents origin. He was found sniffing the bottom of a tree trunk, turning toward the group after hearing them approach.
like-wise informed them he was a traveller looking for his next destination. Grey guided like-wise back to the main cave of the pack, bringing him to see Shadow, the pack alpha. After little thought, like-wise was welcomed, as they could use the extra paws dealing with the high amount of pups that currently needed pupsitting.
like-wise immediately fit in the pack, welcomed by the small amount of members and absolutely swarmed by 9 puppies, all eager to find out who would have him looking after them.
like-wise was assigned two of the youngest pups, but all the other pupsitters kept an eye on him. When the time came like-wise was getting restless, and feeling the pull of the wild. He informed Shadow and nuzzled the pups goodbye before being escorted to the edge of the territory where Shadow bid him farewell.
