Character Blurb

"You step cautiously into a nearly empty territory, taken aback by how quiet the ghostly dull forest is today. This place is usually bustling and bright, alive with both wildlife and the local pack that lives here, but everything is silent today. You take notice of the burnt trees and the smell of smoke that still clings to this area, and it makes you wonder if the recent volcanic activity was enough to drive Mineru and her people away. Just as you get ready to turn around, you hear a faint rustling in the brush beside you. Curious, you decide to investigate the sudden movement, and just as you stick your head into the brush, you feel something zoom by underneath you, startling you and causing you to jump!

You whip your head around just in time to catch a glimpse of pink and tan fur dissappear back into the brush behind you, you open your mouth to say something, but suddenly, two small figures tumble out from within the brush, it's Nayru and Din, Mineru's young niece and her best friend. Din reaches back into the brush and grabs a poorly slaughtered hare, happily wagging her tail the entire time. You start to wonder how they managed to get this far away from their pack by themselves, when suddenly, a very angry looking Amaryllis shows up, a low growl escaping her as she locks eyes with you. Nayru looks at you happily, despite all else going on right now, she maintains her positive outlook, not scared of you nor Amaryllis. "We caught one!" She chirped excitedly, dragging the mutilated hare over to Amaryllis, who glares down at her and huffs, "Do you have ANY idea of how much trouble you're about to be in?" She growls, "We were just—", "I DON'T CARE." she growls, with an angry snort she turns away from them, "Get your scrawny little asses home, NOW." You stand with the two dejected looking pups for a few minutes as Amaryllis stomps back into the forest, Nayru looks hurt, you give her a quick smile and an approving nod, hoping it'll perk the kid up a bit. "She's not usually like that..." you hear Nayru say quietly, whether it was directed at you or herself, however, you're unsure. The two grab their little treasure quietly and carry it off into the forest. You pitty those kids, this was probably their first successful hunt, and they were met with THAT as their reward? You might need to have a word with their aunt about this...
