Coccineum

Coccineum was born into the pack by Aeren and Malum alongside her sister Solo.

As a pup, Aeren spent a lot of time with his daughters, and Coccineum enjoyed every minute of it. Sometimes he would say things that she couldn't quite understand, being as young as she was. Things like " You've got to appreciate the good things in life, because someday, you may not have them anymore ". Even if she didn't understand it, she would say she did as Aeren was her father and she looked up to him. He was older than her - older than Malum in fact - so she knew he had to be wise. If he told her he should do something, she should listen to him.
It didn't hit Coccineum until later that Aeren might not have been hanging out with his daughters as much just because he was their father, or that there was a reason he was giving her that strange advice. Aeren was an older wolf who'd been around for the foundation of Hollow Trees and had known it's founders well. The truth was, by the time his pups were born, he knew he didn't have too much time left, and he probably wanted to spend time with Coccineum and Solo most before he inevitably had to leave them.

Coccineum didn't show her grief as much as Solo did. She took his death in a different way, finally understanding the advice Aeren gave her as a pup and choosing to abide by them. She would be there for her mother and sister because she knew they had troubles of their own, and she would do anything for her kingdom and packmates. It was the least she could do to honor her father's memory.
