Banshee

Duke Banshee, Royal stud to the Queen, Ghostwalker and Queen consort, Windfall of the Ghost-walker pack.
He has a close relationship with the queens because they had all grown up together from puppyhood. Banshee was the son of a royal knight as such he grew up in the inner circle of the royal family. His and Windfall's family had actually entered marriage talks a few weeks leading up to the daring escape. This event pushed the date of escape even closer for fear of an double wedding.
Father to Prince Ragnar and Prince Winter
He was chosen to sire all royal pups from the queens.
Allowed to father other pups from other females but they shall hold no claim to the throne, for they have no royal blood or ties
This was allowed due to him coming to the queens to ask if he would be allowed to sire his closest friend's puppies. He wouldn't form a mated bond with her because neither wanted a mate, but they did want a family.
This was agreed to as long as he would help sire the royal puppies. He happily agreed and now has helped sire a few litters including two royal litters of puppies, the first two pups being the royal princes Ragnar and Winter.
