Originally from Bed. Alpha Quat bought this pup from the Trading Center to succeed Der.

--Der named the pup 'Pel', and treated him like her own.
--Pel liked to go on adventures when he was escaping his teachers, giving him the title of troublemaker. He was quite a handful.
--Upon examining Pel, Maur found that he is related to Blackssi through Evasterias; Blackssi has him as a paternal grandfather, while Pel has him as a maternal great-grandfather.

--When Pel became an adolescent, he started taking lessons with the Pupsitters, though he liked to skip some of them from time to time.

--Now an adult, Pel became a Pupsitter.
