She sat huddled next to her alpha shivering and hungry even though it was spring. She was at the trading center and she was going for way less than she asked to be going for but her leader just didn't care. She watched the wolves watching her her eyes intense. Her paws were going numb from sitting too long "how much longer" she whimpered to her alpha but got no response and not even a ear twitch. She loved her alpha and would serve them for however long she had to it was a shame she had to leave though. Just as she thought that she would turn to the door to see a white and cream wolf gazing intently at her her eyes shown with interest and longing. She padded up in a quick gate. How much for her she asked. Glancing at Alba's thin coat and little eyes with a look of pity. Never mind she said then paused I don't care how much she is I'm taking her. Her alpha seems please and said oh she's only 15 silver cones. The little alpha looks on and surprise flitz in her gaze. She paid up front and then beckoned her with her tail . All the padded up to her a little weary at first but this alpha had calm eyes caring eyes and when they were out of earshot of her old leader she whispered to her you can lean on me it's okay I'll be looked up at her gratefully and leaned against her shoulder. A short while later they took a break in a small alcove on the more we're almost there she whispered seeming afraid to startle elbow with a loud voice. Alba and her new alpha walked a little ways further down the more and looked into a divot in the ground there she saw pups and adults who seemed very polite and happy.
