Sleekmarten hails from the Taiga. She has an avid interest in other animals and loves to study them, trying to imagine life in their paws, fins, or talons. Takes delight in hunting and occasionally finding an animal new to her as the pack changes territories. While she enjoys the hunt, she urges her packmates to leave rarer (endangered) species alone in times when prey is plentiful and feels more interested than threatened by encounters with other predators like cougars. After seeing her overjoyed by a marten carcass Waxwing brought to camp, Quailchaser gave her the name she carries today.
Having joined the pack around the same time as Shriketalon, the two bonded and Sleekmarten became very close to her, a friend an and ally in the pack. Maybe more, Sleekmarten hopes.
