As the daughter of Ruthrrien, one of the best she-wolves of the watch as of yet, Khota has much to live up to. She is the last remaining of her litter, her siblings having passed away due to insufficient food in the valley.
Despite the hardships she has endured, she finds solace in her best friend Noatok, another upcoming future death watch apprentice who continually keeps her up and motivated despite her wanting to curl up and take a pup-nap.
