Lore Entry: Icy N Elegant found herself in the middle of a large deciduous forest. It was the middle of the night and a soft blue mist was rolling lazily on the forest floor. Instead of seeming ominous, it almost felt like it was welcoming Icy N Elegant. She had been hearing rumors of wolves disappearing in the night, never to be heard from again and of strange lights and creatures dancing in the dark. Because of this, she was hesitant to step further into the trees. A creature of the brightest glowing blue suddenly darted past her and Icy N Elegant watched it on high alert. As soon as she locked eyes with the creature, she saw it looked to be a chipmunk with glowing blue fur. The ship mink spooked and fled a moment later, leaving Icy N Elegant with more questions than answers.
"Don't worry about those guys, they're harmless," a feminine voice said from nearby. A wolf whose pelt glowed in ethereal blues and yellows stepped into view. "I'm Baptiste , by the way, a wolf of the Starshade Pack. If you're traveling, why don't you stay for a while?"
Icy N Elegant gladly accepted Baptiste's offer and followed her into the woods cautiously. She learned from Baptiste that the chipmunk she saw was a lunar creature from the lunar plane. Lunar energy permeates the Starshade woods and lunar creatures of all kinds find themselves in the mortal plane by mistake because of the energy. It was also what caused her pelt to glow, the star-touched marks on her fur resonating with the energy. Though every wolf in the pack developed at least a soft glow from having been exposed to the energy for a long time.
Soon Icy N Elegant found herself in the heart of the deciduous forest, where the trees were the densest. The den was shaded from even starlight because of the thick leaf cover, but it was far from dark due to the glow of the wolves and the mist. Dens had been dug out underneath large patches of roots that overlapped one another and wolves of all kinds, pups and adults alike, trotted about.
Icy N Elegant learned a lot of pupsitting tricks from Baptiste and tried her paw at pupsitting while in the Starshade Pack. Her stay felt like it was shorter than she would've liked, but she knew she wanted to keep exploring and meeting new wolves, so Icy N Elegant set off on her next adventure. As a parting gift, Baptiste brought her a small collection of bones from the prey they had shared together.

Lore Entry: Icy N Elegant was feeling confident and snarky as ever- her unfriendly personality allowed her to overcome whoever stood in her way. However despite her unfriendly-ness The whiteflower pack was as kind as ever to her. She was met with full bellies each night as well as never being bored. However there was 1 wolf who didn't appreciate the way she was being mean to the puppies one day. His name was 𝕾𝖍𝖎𝖗𝖔 a black wolf who's coat resembled the shadows. He was intimidating alright, Icy N Elegant wasn't sure she wanted to stay here anymore.. Shiro stood up to her and surprisingly gave her a playful paw punch to the nuzzle. What? - but I thought? - Shiro walked off before she could finish before returning with a gift for safe travels. While this experience was odd- icy enjoyed her time with Shiro.

Lore Entry: Icy N Elegant was on their way trudging through the snow. A huff breathed from their mouth. Finally they came upon a pack that called themselves the Adolphous Pack. Having been introduced to the alpha Norðurljós and his mate Gealán Icy N Elegant grew restless. "You are welcome to stay as long as you need, the dens for the travelers are right over there and the food den is in the middle of the camp." Icy N Elegant nodded and stayed for a few days. Growing restless and the need to explore again Icy N Elegant set off once more on their journey.
You're not sure if Icy N Elegant is baring their teeth at you as you approach. You blink and the snarl is gone, and they take a step back each time you try to get closer. Well, no use trying to force it.

Lore Entry: Icy recognized the Starshade Woods in a heartbeat and ran through the cool mist and into the trees to the heart of the forest where she recognized many familiar scents and pelts. When she announced her arrival, Baptiste was the first to come and greet her, happy to see her return to the pack shaded from stars once more.

Icy spent her time practicing pupsitting some more and observed the day to day goings on within the pack, enjoying the peace that came from in the Starshade Woods. It was mysterious but yet calming all at once.

Grateful for the respite within the Starshade Pack, Icy bid her farewells and received a tree branch with bright red leaves from Baptiste as a parting gift. And then Icy was on her way once more.

Lore Entry: Icy N Elegant arrived at the Kingdom of Light's territory alongside Machine Made, right at the start of their pack's puppies being born. A puppy-boom was in full motion here, their swampy home full of the sounds of whimpering newborns and irritable mothers. One of the mothers crafted an owl talon necklace and presented it to Icy N Elegant as a thank you gift for all of her hard work behind the scenes.
During a walk with Jeremiah, the leader of this pack, Icy N Elegant met a wolf from another pack- Into Depths. They courted briefly, and spent a bit of time wandering on their own. Later, back in the swamp, Icy N Elegant decided she should visit the scrying stone. Jeremiah escorted her. When they returned to the pack, Jeremiah announced that Icy N Elegant was expecting three pups. There was no mention of who the father was - rumors began to float around. The rumors never got far however Jeremiah quickly shutting down any gossip about Icy N Elegant's litter or their mystery sire. She cared for them in the Kingdom of Light's swampy territory, sheltered and cared for by Queen Aloy herself, Jeremiah's mate, and the more accepting members of the pack.

Lore Entry: Icy N Elegant traveled north towards the taiga, and wandered into another pack's territory. She was spotted by one of the scouts. The scout was too far to identify who it was. The scout didn't approach to battle, and they didn't think much of her.
She then stumbled upon some puppies wandering around. She must be near another pack's territory. She wasn't afraid, since she has traveled to multiple packs before.
Then, she was met by a pupsitter from the pack. The pupsitter was humble and friendly, and they got along quite well. Icy N Elegant explained that she was a traveler, and she was wondering if she could temporarily stay in the pack. Canine accepted the request.
Although she didn't get along with everyone, some wolves made Icy N Elegant feel welcome.
Icy N Elegant went to socialize with North, Taneor, Desert, and Yaht. She got along with them.

Because of the lack of pupsitters, Icy N Elegant was requested to be broodmother. She had experience for it, and felt like the pack needed it, so she accepted.

A few months (rollovers) later, Icy N Elegant was tasked to teach some puppies. She didn't have much experience with teaching, however, she had a lot of experience with pupsitting.

After a while of staying with this pack, Icy N Elegant needed to continue her adventure. She said good bye and wandered off into the forest.

Lore Entry: While in the Starshade Pack, Icy N Elegant stayed as a pupsitter. She learned from the den mothers of the pack and gained valuable knowledge on caring for rambunctious puppies. She sat for pups like Spirit Void. She grew attached to a little jay while in the forest and decided to bring the jay along with her on her travels.

Lore Entry: Icy N Elegant clawed her way up the steep rocky paths of the mountains, following as best she could the younger female she had met at the territory border. The scout had introduced herself as Embry, but the pair had since fallen into silence as they climbed to save energy. Soon enough, though, the ground evened out and she decided to try and learn about the pack they were heading to.
"Have you had many travelers come through here?" Icy N Elegant started, trying her best to keep pace with the scout.
"Our pack has had a history of hosting travelers, we are a bit off the beaten path but you all manage to find a way around" Embry grins, "Most of us love exchanging stories and learning about the different packs out there."
"What does your lead wolf think?"
Embry winces, "He is still coming around on the idea, but there is not much he can do since the tradition started long before he became the lead." The two chat the rest of the way and soon make it to the pack's home. Icy N Elegant does her best to try and settle with the mountain pack, sharing stories of her travels and learning about the surrounding area in return. When she finally sets out again she wonders just how many stops she has left before it is time to head home.
