The protector.

Tyche's upbringing was relatively simple and altruistic. Tyche was always told to be kind and courteous to others no matter how they have treated you. Growing up in an empathetic pack impacted a lot of Tyche's thinking and she grew smarter and more keen as she grew up. Eventually she made a decision to leave the pack to continue her growth, as her pack had offered nothing more to her to learn. Tyche had bid goodbye to her family and friends and took her way off to travel to other packs to expand her mind. Eventually she walked into Cronus' pack territory had quickly made friends with the hunting party that was out hunting. The first interaction she had was her apologizing for ruining their hunt, however apparently that made a good impression on Eric, the current co founder, and was invited into their pack with open arms.
Tyche had realized something after having such a coddled life, that she wasn't particularly good at anything. Tyche had many qualities but she made error when hunting which ended up in losing multiple critters to take back home. She wasn't good at being a herbalist because of her ending up with poison ivy and a lasting itch for days. Lastly Tyche was no good at being a scout, often forgetting where she was in the new pack's territory despite being sharp. When pups started to arrive at the pack Tyche decided to take the role of pup sitting them as seriously as she could while not being good at anything. However eventually she found pups dying and realized that this was the most serious job of the pack. Making sure the next generation lives and thrives.
When Tyche had begun asking for helpful tips from other pack members she had started herding these pups like no other and the fatality rate of puppies had immediately dropped, however she felt a great guilt for losing previous pups despite being told it was not her fault. Soon Tyche was praised for herding all of these pups with a newfound passion even protecting them from any animals that snuck in during the night, earning her some new scars from foxes and badgers. Tyche was soon known as the grand protector of the young and praised by mothers and handed favors for her own pups someday. When she had pups though, one did not survive. A tragic loss for Tyche as she soon fell into a somewhat depressed state yet still working for her other pups.
Eventually all of the other female packmates, and some males, had gathered around Tyche and encouraged to get back up again for her two daughters. So that's what Tyche did. Eventually Tyche hired other outsiders to protect pups for a small place to stay as a program for wolves without a pack. The last puppy to die was her own, and even though it hurt her to be reminded of it she would never let another puppy die as long as she was alive.
