A dedicated yet calm wolf, Luan took on the path as Herbalist long after he became a yearling. With no guidance from the praised herbalist who had the role before him, Silas, he was left to figuring out all the mixtures on his own, becoming secluded from everyone else in hopes of learning better.

With Destry, a traveling wolf who decided to settle in the group, does he expand his knowledge on herbs. Luan had stepped down to pass on the mantle to him, but neither could the former travler cope with the requirements. Being as dedicated as he is, Luan took up the role once more and gave a new one to his companion.

Only later on in his journey through herbalism did he get to know Oricle, one of the wolves he grew up with. Back then, she was unbearable to be around for Luan, but she'd seemingly grown to be better for everyone around her. Though others might not understand their dynamic, they are merely good friends that occasionally take in a litter to cater to them.

His son, Lotus, and his daughter, Helia, are his pride and joy, even if the latter was adopted. He only wishes them the best in their endeavors.
