Cloud is the newest addition to The Sunset Council of the Moonrise Eclipse Pack, Ash has voiced her vote to let her be a part of it since she is responsible and Rain trusts Ash's opinion. Cloud is the youngest among The Sunset Council, Flare vocally disapproves of the idea of an inexperienced and young wolf being a part of the most important decisions of the pack's future. Cloud was told by Rain that it would only be fair to most of the council if she could only make decisions on the less important matters.
