Kyler was taken into the pack as a pup, and quickly gained a reputation as pompous and arrogant. He considered himself to be the most handsome and special pup in the pack. Most of the adults doted on him, because of his dazzling coat, and because he was a piebald. He was very precise and detail oriented, so his work was always magnificent and thought through, which made the other wolves even more impressed with him. When he got older, it was decided by the Queen herself that he would marry Kyler and become the stud of the pack once Alastor was too old or dead. He was thrilled about this. After all, he got to marry the most beautiful wolf in the pack and father lots of pups.
