Nightmoon

Nightmoon was an outgoing and idealistic pup who wanted to explore new lands. And she got that chance, but not in the way she wanted.
One harsh winter, disaster stroke for her pack. Many pups had been born, at the same time as the harsh winter climate was making it difficult to hunt, and a contagious disease was spreading through the wolves. Long story short, every member of Nightmoon's pack died just before she reached adulthood.
Unable to stay in her puphood home any longer because of the bad memories, Nightmoon moved to the forest where she began a pack of her own, and vowed that nothing like this would ever happen again. Still, she keeps most of her packmates at a distance, fearing that she will lose them as well.
Recently though, Nightmoon has started opening up again. She had two daughters with Sunstar, though their relationship didn't esculate further than that due to Nightmoon being aromantic. She then went on to form a queerplatonic pairbond with Pyre, the second wolf that joined her pack.
