Fumihito Chayim felt eyes on him almost at all times... he felt unsafe... he felt impending doom, until one uneventful dawn, his pupsitter called him over. He couldn't quite understand why she sounded so relieved until he was ushered toward a new pack member. The unfamiliar female infront of him was in a carefully customized nest with the majority of the pack surrounding her in the den.

The leader of the pack, Nanda Padma, was in a smaller position, somewhat of a crouch, whilst she bowed to the nested wolf. The Queen had carefully requested for Fumihito to be an offering for the female who, with a small smile, agreed with a curt nod.

Ever since that day, Fumihito Chayim stayed near his new pupsitter, occasionally leaving her side to play with other pups or even bother adults or adolescents. He felt... safe, protected, and most importantly.

He felt he belonged.

As soon as Fumihito Chayim became an adolescent, the leader seemed a bit anxious about moving him to the main den. Fumihito Chayim was also a bit skeptical. He wanted to stay with his pupsitter. He was like a mother to him, her puppies like his own siblings.

But, alas. He left after a few weeks. He was almost an adult, after all.
