Lacey

Born a free spirit, Lacey sees the world through rose colored glasses.  She is proactive and adventurous, she lives in the moment and appreciates the small things in life, never taking anything for granted.  You can hardly ever see her not smiling, if she isn't, you probably caught her off guard.  She loves spreading happiness and naturally commands a room's attention with her outgoing attitude and open mind.  Though she always seems to keep everyone at a distance, just out of reach as to not get too close.  She's respectful of rules, though she isn't afraid to rebel or voice against rules she thinks are stupid, especially freedom restricting ones and she is very stubborn.  Lacey is sharp witted and doesn't miss a beat at any opportunities in fear of missing out on anything.  She likes trying and doing new things and ideas, but she always finds her way back to her roots and to what she loves doing best.  She only has one best friend, Julia and they're inseparable.  The promises they made were kept, the secrets were always between two, and half of the time they were the only ones in the room, drifting off into a far away world together having a blast.

She grew up on the country in a small town, dirt, wind, trees, and everything that was free and wild.  As a daughter of two carpenters, she's always found repairing fences, houses, basically anything that's wood.  She usually spends her day working hard, though on her spare time, carving out artwork from the wood that she specially collected for later is her kind of therapy.  She uses it to express the secret thoughts and feelings she had that day, after carving them she buries them under her favorite oak tree in the forest.  When the day is over, she climbs up her favorite oak tree to star gaze and dream of the times and things she'll see and do when she finally leaves her home town to explore the world.
