Taka means Hawk or Falcon in Japanese.

She's growing up spoiled and coddled. It's only appropriate that she's an arrogant girl. After all, she's been treated special her whole life and she gets away with more than others could. Groomed to become the "perfect" heir. Directly chosen from the first Alpha パンダ who favored Taka even more than her own offspring. 

She was picked to be the crowned princess and once she became of age パンダ stepped down and let her and Kogane lead the pack. Kogane was picked to become Taka's mate before Taka was even born the mate of the future Queen had already been picked. 

Taka isn't quite into Kogane she tries to get along with him but their exchanges are pretty awkward. 

Even though Kogane isn't quite Taka's type over the years she has had two litters with him and finds him to be quite sweet. They do share a bond of responsibility but they also care for each other even if it isn't true love.
