Oakley

History

Oakley is a Northwestern wolf, coming from cold and desolate landscapes, his past has a lot in common with Juniper. He was an exciteable and adventurous pup, and grew into an optimistic adult ready to forge his own future and find a pack to join. His birth pack were homebodies, staying in their territory and not leaving the beaten path; it was only natural that he would leave one day. Though he fondly recalls his birth pack, the Golden Thorns has quickly become a place of comfort for him.

Appearance

Like many Northwestern wolves, he has a dense shaggy coat prepared for cold weather. In the winter time, he takes on a whiter pelt similar to Juniper's, but for the rest of the year a soft brownish pelt instead. His dark brown eyes resemble acorns, and his dark skin shows through his fur. Average in height, and a little plump, though he seems physically capable shown by the dirt woven into his fur. It is clear he does a lot of adventuring.

Personality

Oakley is an optimistic wolf, he sees the bright side in most situations, and this can sometimes make him come off as insensitive. He'll push on patrols which become dangerous, believing he can make it, and return home with wounds that cost the pack precious resources. Despite his recklessness, that optimistic and joyful nature rubs off on the others, and most of them cherish him in spite of his flaws. Oakley has experience raising puppies within the pack, which he takes very seriously.
