☾ 𝒜ylin

Aylin was a special creature from birth. She was exchanged for by Apollo when she was very young for unholy effigies of the dark. Quite an opposite trade! Aylin is a gentle, loyal, compassionate wolf with a special connection to the moon.

It has long been said that when the moon births its child, the wolf will descend to earth and bring peace to whichever pack it graces. Aylin was born not to the moon, but to a fellow wolf--one that turned her away.

Aylin's birth mother despised her because her siblings had died in childbirth, leaving only Aylin. Her mother blamed her for this, despite Aylin being but a child.

Aylin was raised by the moon instead--she spent long nights gazing up at it in wonder, and sometimes she swore she could hear it singing to her lunar lullabies composed by the skies and stars themselves.
From the moon, she was granted a glimmering pelt and a deeper understanding of our world.

Aylin was traded away by her birth mother's pack, and came to rest in the Haven. It is believed that she is the child of the moon from the prophecies, and Aylin hopes to bring peace as it foretells.
