As Inyoka walks through the woods, she stumbles upon a lively area teeming with puppies playing around and their watchful mother keeping a close eye. Among them, she spots a blind she-wolf named Themis, who appears to be expecting. Themis lifts her head and turns in Inyoka's direction, her senses finely tuned despite her blindness. She greets Inyoka warmly, and they exchange a few words.

As they converse, a white wolf named Aravinda strides into the clearing. His presence commands respect, and the wolves in the cave greet him with deference. Over time, Inyoka is welcomed into their pack. She trains diligently under the guidance of Themis, who imparts her wisdom and experience. During her stay, Inyoka forms a deep bond with the wolves, learning not just the skills of survival but also the values of taking time and listening before she sets off to her next travel.

Inyoka aproaches the praries where a large male wolf with black split patches named CottonCandy and a young female adolescent named Ghost Stalker are gathering herbs. They welcome her into the pack and introduce her to their alpha Nagini who adorns her with a Heart Stamp because of how cute she is. Ghost Stalker shows Inyoka her ability to control ghosts and accedentally scares Inyoka. Ghost Stalker makes it up to her by showing her a burrow of baby bunnies and playes with the bunnies with her. A couple of moons later Ghost Stalker trots up to her and gives her a bone to take with her on her travels. Ghost Stalker takes her back to the border of the packs territory as it is nearing her time to leave the pack and continue on her way. Nagini follows them, making sure that they were both safe as they neared the packs borders. Inyoka say's her goodbyes and trots off to her next destination.
