lore:
Born on a full moon in the first chill of Autumn, Asra had always looked to the moon and stars to guide her. She arrived in Absalom as a pup, taken in by the caretakers of the chapel caverns. High up in the mountains where she could clearly see the sky every night. She soon befriended another wolf by the name of
Elion. They were near inseparable despite their differences. Asra loved the nighy, while Elion favored the sun. Thoughts opposites attract and they formed a pact to never go to far from one another. While she grew strong and healthy, she felt she was too inexperienced to linger. With the guidance of the dilligent shewolf overlooking the cliffs, she descended the mountains with one piece of advice. "Should she ever feel lost, just look to the mountains to find her home."

lore: It was fitting that Asra arrived in the dead of night. The Whispering Ones were not all unfriendly, but the mottled stranger was lucky to stumble across one of the more... amicable of the wolves who had made a home of the tundra. An elderly female with a patchy coat of brown and white greeted her at the border.
"Welcome, Whispering One," she said.
"I am Hestia. And I can guide you to whatever you seek. If you're unsure of what that is, maybe you'll find that here." Asra found herself in this temporary home at a time when pups were being born nearly every week, and so she helped care for the Novussan -- the new blood of this group -- as best she could before her time to leave came once again.
The more time she spent among the wolves of the tundra, the closer she grew to one called
Pittiulaaq, and she soon fell pregnant with his pups. Unexpected though the pregnancy was, the young she-wolf took her duty to the pack seriously, and stayed to ween the offspring. Once they were old enough to be raised by the Whispering Ones, however, Asra moved on and left her pups behind. Though the Whispering Ones would be a part of her past, she kept thoughts of her friend Hestia in her mind. Asra had been a part of Hestia's last days on this earth, and the older mentor had left a mark on the younger she-wolf.
