During the lesson: Sparrow arranged a lesson where all the puppies roleplayed the life of a pack, changing roles on Sparrow's signal. Sakura experienced being a leader but also a subordinate, and realized that every role has its purpose.
Effective Killing:
During the lesson: With the carcass tied to a straw string, Sparrow pulled it to simulate prey movement. Sakura stalked and pounced on the "prey" successfully, and began to tear it apart before she was scolded to be more precise and not let food go to waste.
Working Together:
During the lesson: Sakura had some problems with drawing a line between teamwork and playtime with her littermates. Sage was serious when they told them that bonding and working together were not the same thing.
Tussling:
During the lesson: Sparrow conducted a practical lesson about controlling emotions. Sakura's skills were greatly improving but she easily lost her temper during the play.
Ambushing:
During the lesson: Today, Lava put a toy near a guarding adult packmate. Sakura was required to ambush the wolf using the den's familiar terrain with only a few suggestions from Lava - an important lesson to take advantage of the surrounding land and what it has to offer.
Pathfinding:
During the lesson: Sage led Sakura to an unfamiliar place today. She was tasked with finding her way back to the den all on her own with Sage watching from afar.
