3/7/24 - During the lesson: Donner Reed taught Tricky Treat an important lesson about effective running techniques. She was surprised how the depth of breath or change of pace can influence the results.
During the lesson: Tricky Treat MATE learned that specific plant parts do different things, and how only taking certain bits that the pack needs for remedies won't damage the entire plant. This will conserve resources and allow the plant to be used in the future.
