BACKSTORY

Quinn had a rather good start to life. She was born to a litter of 4 pups in the Taiga inside an abandoned structure in a quite average-sized wolf pack; the Eleanor Lake Pack. She was very happy and joyful with her family pack and everything was going perfect. Her family was extremely hostile towards other packs, which often provoked small conflicts, but nothing too serious.

Quinn's pack was extremely supportive of her choices and always listened to her. It was average-ranked in comparision to other neighbouring packs nearby. Quinn liked to associate with those older than herself and her best companion in the pack was a relative.

However, when Quinn reached 2 months of life, everything changed, as she had to go through extensive training early. Since she was very young, she experienced plenty of failure and ended up getting separated from her birth pack during a training session in this period.

As a lost wolf pup, Quinn was about helpless. She laid down and waited for death to eventually come. However, it didn't. What came instead was a young badger; about 1 year old, who brought Quinn to somewhere hidden.

Expecting to be eaten alive on the spot, Quinn was curled up in a ball the entire time. But the badgers were quite accepting of the wolf pup, and decided to keep her. The badger group, known as Bear Basin Cete, didn't really enjoy Quinn's presence, but couldn't do anything about it. Quinn was highly appreciative of the care she received.

Quinn was raised in a small group, whose territory was on protected lands, located by the highest hills. She had one caretaker; the young traveler badger that had brought her into the cete.

During her late puphood with the badgers, Quinn was exposed to a huge war and conflict between local badger cetes, and watched it flow by until it ended. She also guided a badger cub through many choices in life until it was independent. During her apprenticeship, Quinn was inspired by a hunter who was very experienced. During her adult life in the cete, she had a few romantic experiences, but not relationships. It was during this time they began identifying as non-binary and changed their pronouns to they/them.

One day, Quinn realized the badger cete was not their place at all, and the urge to disperse – just like it would eventually come in a wolf pack, hit them like a bullet. So, they left the badger cete, in hopes they would have many adventures out there.

Out in the wilderness, Quinn traveled far away from their home biome – until they reached the mountains. For a few days, the wolf tried to find a mate, but they felt like no wolf they came across was meant for her. And so, they vowed, feeling guilty for leaving their cete. One day, they came across a wolfess in patrol. Her dark fur blended in well with the night sky. The wolfess' name was Noelle, and she was kind enough to invite Quinn to join her pack at a cost of some cones. That was no problem for Quinn – and so, they joined the Bisonhunters Pack, their new forever home.

DESCRIPTION

Quinn has an average and rotund build for a wolf, reaching a 3 month old elk's size. They have mid-length fur which can be compared to a cougar's. Quinn likes to wear little trinkets they find during their hunts, as they're special and sentimental, and losing one of them is comparable to losing a pup for them.

Quinn identifies as genderqueer (non-binary) and is pansexual. Their voice is orotund and harsh, and they usually speak in a forceful tone; making other wolves think they are disciplining them. Quinn is also very playful, quiet and unreflective, not caring to make a change for the world; only letting it flow by as it goes. They are normally motivated by hate and harming other animals.

Quinn has the habit of always laughing at their own jokes, even when they're not funny. They have bad breath and strong body odor, making quite some wolves wanting to stay away from them. They also have the habit of answering a question for other wolves before they can open their mouth to speak. They don't believe and are not interested on any type of faith or religion.
