It had been a while since he had left the last pack he rested at and he was feeling tired. Along the way he had gotten turned around and wound up in the thick forest. He halts and puts his nose to the ground and then perks up in hope and alertness. There's the scent of a patrol. Hopefully they can guide him out of here. He follows the scent as closely as he can while not leaving the path and eventually he bumps into another wolf. He stumbles and before he can apologize he hears a low growl above him. "Who are you and why are you following us?" The voice of a male wolf rings in Stray's ears. "I'm a traveler! I cannot see and I'm lost. I was hoping you would lead me out of the forest. I'm sorry, I hadn't realized you had stopped." The tension eases a little and Stray feels a wolf help push him to his paws. "Thank you." He says trying to turn in the wolves direction. "Forgive us for our aggressive tone. We've had rogues sneaking into our dens recently. Stray nods in understanding as he takes in the scent of his surroundings better. There is around five wolves with him. "I'm Venom by the way, the wolves around you is the hunting party I'm apart of. Their names are Hades, Patch, Elk-Leap, and Shepherd. Come with us and our leader will surely welcome you. Stray agrees and follows the wolves closely. He proceeded to stay around a week with the pack before setting off again.
