Schneeweißchen

During the Hiding lesson: Today Distel led Schneeweißchen to a place where hiding spots were not so obvious. Schneeweißchen had to think out of the box to outsmart Distel.
During the Chasing & Escaping lesson: Elm taught Schneeweißchen und Immergrün an important lesson about effective running techniques. They were surprised how the depth of breath or change of pace can influence the results.
During the Hunting Basics lesson: Elm talked about the differences between hunting alone and hunting in a pack. Schneeweißchen listened carefully, trying to imagine the best role for himself in a hunting squad.
During the Beginner Foraging lesson: Schneeweißchen failed to recognize a few subspecies of an important herb. Elm explained the differences again and showed how simply scratching the leaf can release a scent that is quite easy to distinguish.



Albinism and Melanism (Genetic Mutation):

To get these mutations, you have to get a wolf that carries the mutation. Carriers can be bred or found as NBWs. Carrier status can be checked in Gene's Hollow in the crossroads.
To get one of these muties, you need to breed two wolves with the same mutation, two wolves that carry the same mutation, or a wolf that has the mutation with a carrier.

Mutation x Mutation = 20% Mutation, 10% Carrier, 70% Non-carrier
Carrier x Mutation = 15% Mutation, 15% Carrier, 70% Non-carrier
Carrier x Carrier = 10% Mutation, 10% Carrier, 80% Non-carrier
