Oakwhisper

Oakwhipser's leadership was heavily questioned initially, not being born into the pack meant some wolves thought she wasn't worthy of the title. Willowflight's decision of appointing Oakwhisper as leader instead of Rainwhistle was met with uncertain glances, and Oakwhisper felt like the weight of the world was on her shoulders.
It seemed every decision she took was questioned, but with Birchwing's support being leader wasn't as hard. The first years were tough, fortunately her age meant that she was a more established member of the pack than Rainwhistle, and so she quickly gained a circle of devout pack members who supported her.
Two years into her leadership, a terrible winter struck the forest, with many packmates sick or caring for young pups. Starvation was a real threat, and infighting was bound to break, and yet she remained calm and managed to save not only the pups but also her reputation. Since that winter no one in the pack questioned her abilities, and even Rainwhistle was forced to admit she was a good leader.
