Torrance was an adolescent when he crossed paths with Draven, but he was eager to strike up a conversation with the wolf. He spoke in stuttered sentences, often repeating words he had just said, eventually apologizing about the state of him. After many hours of conversation, the sun beginning to set, Draven learned that Torrance had been abandoned by his previous pack for an unknown reason. One could guess, perhaps, but that mattered little to Draven. He brought Torrance to the den, and encouraged him to train in whatever he felt served him best.
