"Apollo, they've selected you!" Armstrong exclaimed, his excited energy radiatingoff of him. Apollo couldn't deny it because his brother was right, the stars selected him to lead the pack now.
The golden paint that now resided on Apollo's fur were each shaped as eyes. He was to be watchful of the territory and the pack. Terrified of what was to come was simply an understatement. Apollo let out a sigh, stealing a glance over to his brother who looked back at him with encouragement.
"Well, let the journey begin..." He glanced back at the Rock of Universal Secrets. Right as the two were finished showing their respect to the stars, the rock lit back up. The constellations scattered on the rock, illuminating as if there was more to be heard.
Within seconds of the sudden re-illumination of the rock, Armstrong had similar golden paint on his body. Rather than the eyes drawn on Apollo's fur, there were simple swirls on Armstrong. The illumination from the rock immediately went away as the paint finished the masterpiece.
"What in the..." Armstrong sat in disbelief, looking between his brother and the golden swirls on his fur.
Apollo attempted to contain his laughter, "Look who's stressed now."
