As the traveler continues their exploration along the riverbank, they encounter Dancing Light, the pack's Beta. Her coat shimmers like moonlight through the trees, and her eyes hold a bright, almost mischievous electric pink gleam.

"Oh! Hello there!" Dancing Light exclaims, her voice light and airy as she bounds over. "You must be the traveler I've heard about! What a day, isn't it? The river's just... well, it's just lovely, isn't it? Oh, but where was I? Right, I'm Dancing Light, the Beta!"

She twirls around, as if lost in the beauty of the forest around her, before suddenly focusing back on the traveler. "So, what do you think of our home so far? It's got a bit of everything, doesn't it? The trees, the birds—oh, have you met the birds? They're very chatty. Sometimes I wonder if they know more about the forest than we do! But then again, Falcon Stalk would probably say they do, wouldn't she?"

Dancing Light's words tumble out in a flurry, her thoughts darting from one topic to another. "Oh! Rain Leap didn't bore you with his sulking, did he? He's always so serious. I keep telling him to lighten up, but—oh, did you know he was almost Beta? Of course, Falcon Stalk chose me, though sometimes I wonder if that was the right choice, but here I am! Oh, did I mention the river's just lovely today?"

She finally pauses, giving the traveler a chance to catch up. "Anyway, if you need anything, just ask! I might be a bit all over the place, but I'm always here to help!" With a bright smile and a little hop, Dancing Light seems ready to dash off, but she lingers just long enough to make sure the traveler feels welcome before she flits away, her mind already onto the next thought.
